Great video. One thing I’ve come across is to make sure that the employees understand the objectives/KPI’s, and their work impacts those numbers. For example, if you have a pick/pack department, and the goal is to ship X more per day, the person in the receiving department doesn’t have a direct impact. Make sure you have an objective/KPI for the receiving department as well.
Also, make sure you post the results of the KPI’s as frequent as possible. Don’t wait until the end of the month.
