It was another great event this evening at the Logistics & Materials Handling Mercury Awards and I was very pleased to be on the judging panel once again, with Phil Lumsden and Kim Winter.
As in most years, the judging was really hard given the quality and number of the nominations, and so all the finalists should be very proud of their achievements.
The category I was eagerly awaiting was the Young Professional of the Year, sponsored by SSI Schaeffer. This year, Supply Chain School provided a 12 month Scholarship for the winner.
And the winner was …. Jenifer Devine from Staples. Well done Jenifer, a well deserved win and we look forward to seeing you at Supply Chain School very soon.
And congratulations also have to go to Polar Fresh Cold Chain Services, for taking out three categories! Outstanding results guys.
