I can’t agree more. Between developed and developing countries, usually the technological lag is anywhere between 6 months to 3 years. While lag has an advantage for an Organization if it makes effort to plug all the problems associated with embracing a new concept that have cropped up during the lag period. Blind adoption without custom sourcing basis the core concept will be a disaster.

How much of CRM can be factored into Logistics and outsourcing?
Hi Melissa. I’m not sure I fully understand your Question. I would generally be more comfortable handling CRM aspects in-house rather than via a 3PL but obviously it depends on the industry and service required.
