Environmental/Sustainability Benchmarking
After nearly a year in the design phase, Benchmarking Success is pleased to announce the development of a new performance benchmarking tool which we are calling ESPmetrics (Environmental Sustainability Performance). Do you know how good your environmental performance is compared to similar organisations? Are there gaps in your performance in such areas as Energy Consumption, Water Use, recycling etc? And, if there are, how do you go about developing a plan to bridge the gap? ESPmetrics addresses and will answer these questions.
All environmental aspects are covered in this comprehensive diagnostics and reporting suite. See how operating ‘greener’ is cost effective and can lead to tangible reductions in operating costs.
Warehousing Audit Module

As a result of customer demand, Benchmarking Success have developed a sub-set of our popular end-to-end Supply Chain benchmarking diagnostic and report suite targeted specifically at benchmarking warehousing performance. This module acts as a warehouse audit tool but with the added benefit of being able to compare performance against other similar warehouses from our database of over 800 supply chains.
Are my pick rates competitive? How does my labour cost compare to best-in-class? How are my service levels? Is my overall cost structure close to best practice?
All these questions and more are answered by this benchmarking module which can be completed online with a comprehensive face-to-face report back on performance, gaps to the best identified, and recommendations for improvement.
Transport/Fleet Module
The final benchmarking module that has been developed is a Transport/Fleet module designed for fleet operators – whether they be in house fleets of vehicles, or fleets operated by transport companies.
The Transport/Fleet module benchmarks fleet performance so that a clear picture is available of how efficiently the fleet is operating. For example you might be running a fleet of small vans.
How do your labour, fuel, tyres, R&M, utilisation, productivity, downtime etc metrics compare to other similar fleets? Where are the gaps in performance? How far off best practice am I? How do I bridge the gaps so that my fleet operates at Best-in-Class performance. This module has been designed to provide answers to these questions among many others.
